Since 1998, the Mental Illness Foundation has offered Partners for Life, a tour intended to prevent depression among high school second cycle students of the province of Quebec and among the significant adults around them.
Since the beginnings of Partners for Life, close to 658,200 young people in Quebec, their parents and care providers in schools have been made aware of depression as an important risk factor for suicide.
