Introduction

Since its creation in 1980 by Dr. Yves Lamontagne, psychiatrist and current President of the Collège des médecins du Québec, the Mental Illness Foundation has been privileged to have a string of eminent corporate leaders as its president. In 2009, Dr. Martin Tremblay, psychiatrist was elected to head the Foundation’s Board of Directors and has been its chairperson since.
